Since I have started cooking, shredded cheese is a fixture in my refrigerator. Shredded cheese is my go-to ingredient, even if I am in the worst mood, give me some good wine, some cheese-filled appetizers, and I’m a happy lady.
Whenever people think about shredded cheese, the only things that come to their mind are pizza, tacos and something like that, but shredded cheese can make many other things.
Here are five different ways to use shredded cheese is not such a mainstream way:

Start cooking the minced meat with onion and seasoning (you don’t need to make patties). Take a tortilla, spread mincemeat mixture, and top it with tomato, onion, jalapenos, shredded cheese. Cover it with another tortilla piece and bake it for 7-8 minutes, then cut and serve.

I wonder if there is anyone who does not love mashed potatoes, I love them, but when making them, I always make more than I could eat. So mashed potato cups is the saviour for my leftover mashed potatoes.
These potato cups are so simple to make, they are budget-friendly, and they taste divine. They have a crunchy crust and a creamy and flavourful filling. All you have to do is take a large bowl and add leftover potatoes, shredded cheese, eggs, chives, salt & pepper and mix well.
Then take a muffin tray and butter it, then scoop out the potato mixture, place it on the tray and finally bake it for 25 minutes.
Chili Corn Dogs
From the little kids to the oldest adults, everyone loves these chilli corn dogs.
To make chilli corn day, take a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no, 6-8 minutes; and drain the excess water. Pour in tomato sauce, water, hot sauce, onion and seasonings.
Place hot dogs in a slow cooker; top with beef mixture. Cover it and cook on low for about 4-5 hours. Serve with buns and your favourite toppings.
